The ruler displays the time from the beginning of a musical piece, and the bar number.

Show Bars Numbers - Shows bars numbers on the ruler.
Insert Bar - Adds a bar-line.
Delete Bar - Removes a bar-line.
Note: Since a freshly recognized file does not contain bar-lines, you may arrange them either in manual mode using the Insert Bar item or with the Tapping Tool which enables you to do this by ear.
