Options page contains settings for chord indication, MIDI output and routing. To open this page, use the option button on the top of the main window.
show chords turns on indication of chord names on the top of the spectrogram window.
delay slider under the button controls the delay chord names are displayed with. This can be useful if your host sends audio events to the AU module in a big advance.
midi to midi out outputs MIDI directly to the system MIDI Out device. The list under the button allows you to choose the device. Audio Unit technology does not support direct MIDI output to the host, and you have to use either virtual or hardware MIDI loopback to output MIDI from WIDI AU to the host's MIDI Track. See MIDI routing for details.
Channel allows you to assign recognized notes to any MIDI channel. Click on the number to change it.
set instrument checkbox controls sending of the "Program Change" MIDI message when moving Instrument slider. Turning it off will make WIDI AU never send or write "Program Change" messages. This may be useful when using virtual instrument to playback WIDI AU's output.
Instrument slider determines the instrument. Selected instrument name is displayed below the slider. Move the slider to change the instrument.
