Recognition Wizard
Recognition Wizard lets you get your first results just a few moments after initial start-up, and familiarizes you with the program at the same time. By default Recognition Wizard launches on start-up. Recognition Wizard appears as indicated in the diagram:



Transcribe Pre-recorded MP3, Wave or CD - allows you to select the source file for recognition.
Record wave and then transcribe it - allows you to record a wave using Wave Recorder and then transcribe it.
Real-time Recognition - launches Real-time Recognition module.
Show Quick Start Guide - opens Quick Start help page.
Close the Wizard - closes the wizard.

Show this Wizard on start-up - when checked the Recognition Wizard launches on start-up.

Choose appropriate action and click on Next.

Transcribing of pre-recorded file

·Select the source file by clicking on Browse or typing in the filename and click on Next.  
·Select the appropriate recognition preset from the following list or adjust recognition settings manually by clicking on Settings. You may also load them from a disk-file by clicking on Import.  
·In WIDI Professional you may open your recognition result in the TrueTone Editor.  

Recording a Wave and then transcribing it

·Click on Next to start the Wave Recorder.  
·Select the appropriate recognition preset from the following list or adjust recognition settings manually by clicking on Settings. You may also load them from a disk-file by clicking on Import.  
·In WIDI Professional you may open your recognition result in TrueTone Editor.  

Real-time Recognition

·Finish starts the Realtime Recognition Module.
