I'm trying to get the demo AU plugin to work in logic pro 7 with my tascam fw-1082. The 1082 has 2 virtual ports, but I can't seem to get the plugin to route through them. When I set the plugin (in the options screen of the plug) to route through one of the 1082's virtual ports (which show up fine in the selection pop-up), then run a cable to a monitor in the Environment, I get nothing. I've also tried routing to each of the external ports, to no avail.
I can enable the iac driver so it shows up in the environment, and the iac driver works, but it introduces latency and mucks up my control surface. For this to make sense, I need to get it to route through the 1082's virtual ports.
Any thoughts?
