User Interface

Main WIDI VST Plugin window is shown below. Buttons on the top of plugin window allows to turn between plug-in pages.

mainwindow

Plug-in pages

MAIN - contains general recognition setting controls.
EQUA - equalizer page. Equalizer allows to set up relative volumes for different pitches and narrow recognition range.
OPTION - controls MIDI output routing.
ABOUT - contains WIDISOFT contact information and allows you to enter registration code.

HELP - opens this help file.

Spectrogram window

Spectrogram window is located on the right side of the plugin. This window displays streaming spectrogram in real-time, as well as recognized notes (marked with orange color). Spectrogram allows to estimate recognition accuracy and make decision about changing recognition parameters.

At the top of the spectrogram window the plugin displays chord names. The chord indication can be delayed using a slider on the option page. This can be useful if your host sends audio events to the VST plugin in big advance.
